A structured fitness video production designed specifically to generate high-quality training data for artificial intelligence systems. Each set consisted of five consecutive video versions (V1–V5), with carefully planned modifications such as new exercises, props, camera angles, lighting effects, or emotional expressions-while preserving the core structure and flow. The goal was to simulate realistic yet controlled variations that help AI models recognize patterns in human motion, posture, and interaction with fitness equipment. Key elements of the project included:
Professionally choreographed exercise routines featuring athletes and models in a gym environment.
Progressive versioning to introduce complexity step-by-step, supporting incremental learning for AI.
Strict consistency in repetition count, sequence order, and video duration across versions.
Full metadata and annotation to highlight the reason behind each change.
Deliverables included synchronized MP4, SRT, and EDL files, all optimized for AI training pipelines in action recognition, biomechanics, and visual tracking tasks.
